Firstly, please check the first scan video at fbawizard.com/academy it explains this quirk.

This only happens when using Google Chrome, and you need to check the far right of your URL bar and it will have a little red icon.

Please click and allow popups from app.fbawizard.com (you only need to do this once) and you'll be good to go.
