To cancel your subscription, please follow this link: https://app.fbawizard.com/user/deleteAccount and then follow the instructions on the screen.

IMPORTANT: This will cancel any subscription you have with us with immediately and you won't receive any further billing from us.

If you have time left on your subscription you wish to use, be sure to cancel on your last billing date or alternatively email our support and ask them to cancel at the end of the billing period so you don't lose any paid for subscription time.

When cancelling you'll have the option to cancel any Wizardbar subscription you may have or whether to keep the Wizardbar active.

If you are getting a little block icon on the delete button it means you either haven't entered anything in the reason block, or haven't entered enough words.  Please enter your reason and then the delete button will light up red and allow you to cancel.
